An amazing house with character that feels like home from the moment you enter! A casual walk to old town, the vibrant night market and river with endless cafes , shops and places to explore. Van was quick to respond to questions and super helpful. The authentic fixtures provide a real rustic experience and the country-like sounds from the surrounding neighborhood provide the immersive backdrop on a real legacy property. I'll be back again for sure!

We loved our stay at Van's place! We spent a month here and everything was great - we had everything we needed, the apartment is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Washing machine and plenty of roof-top hanging space is perfect for a long stay. Great for families and the apartment even has a lovely selection of children's books suitable for toddlers through to teens. The old town is easily walkable but the apartment is in a quiet area. Check in and out was easy and Van was really helpful and accommodating (including when we got locked out!). She lives in HCM but communication was great and it was lovely to meet her at the end of our stay. We'd happily come again.

We loved our stay in this house, really cute, spacious, quiet and well located. We were about a 15 minute walk to the old town and there were several good restaurants near the house. The house was also very clean, with several amenities including a washer and a rooftop space to hang laundry, two bathrooms, three closed bedrooms and a kitchen. Entry is also easy.
